Pediagold Returns and Replacement policy
The following general returns and replacement policy is applicable to all items sold on Pediagold
- In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Is different from what was ordered
- All the returns are fulfilled at the discretion of the seller.
- All the items must be returned in their original condition, with the price tags, invoice receipt and in the original manufacturers box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Any Replacements will be initiated after a thorough check of the product and the replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
