Dry Fruit & Oats Ladoo (Kids friendly)
Ingredients
- Oats –100 gram
- Pedia gold powder (Mango/chocolate flavour): 50 gram
- Ghee –30 gm.
- Dry dates powder (Pista/cashewnut/ almonds/ walnuts): 50 gram
- Cardamom powder as per taste.
- Roast the oats on low flame. Let it cool down & then grind it into a powder.
- Take a pan add ghee and heat on low flame.
- Add pedia gold powder, dry fruit powders and & ghee, mix well, So that there is no lumps formed.
- Allow it to cool little bit so that you can start making small balls. Make small equal size laddoos.
